fly-eos.com sets no advertising or analytics cookies and does not track you across other websites. We use exactly one cookie (below), a little browser local storage for interface convenience, and Sentry for error monitoring — including, since 20 September 2026, a masked recording of the on-screen session around an error. That last one is new; read Session Replaybelow for exactly what it does and doesn't capture.
__session| Name | Purpose | Duration | Consent needed? |
|---|---|---|---|
__session | Keeps you signed in to your account or the admin dashboard | Up to 30 days, or until you log out | No — strictly necessary to provide the service you asked for (ePrivacy Directive Art. 5(3)) |
The web dashboard and app may use your browser's local storage to remember small, non-personal interface preferences (for example, which view you last had open) purely on your own device. This data is never sent to us and never used for tracking.
fly-eos.com uses Sentry to find and fix bugs. When something breaks — a page that fails to load, a request that errors out — the technical details (what broke, the stack trace, the browser and URL, and a rough 10% sample of normal page-navigation timing) are sent to Sentry. This runs via JavaScript, not a tracking cookie, and by default does not include your name, email, or IP address (sendDefaultPii is left off).
Alongside error monitoring, Sentry can reconstruct what was on screen around an error — not a video, but a masked, layout-level replay built from DOM structure. By Sentry's own default, and unchanged here, all text and all form input is masked — it records shapes and layout, not what you typed or read. We record a small, random 10% slice of ordinary sessions plus, separately, every session in which an error actually occurred (so we can see what led up to it), each kept only long enough to investigate and fix the underlying bug.
We do not embed any third-party advertising or social-media trackers on fly-eos.com. Sentry, described above, is the one exception, and it exists to keep the service working, not to profile you. If that scope ever changes, we will update this page and ask for your consent first, where required.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time. Since our only cookie is what keeps you signed in, blocking it simply means you'll need to log in again each visit. Error monitoring and Session Replay run independently of that cookie.
We may update this policy if what we use changes; the date at the top will reflect the latest version.
