On a Mission BV is the data controller for the personal data described in this policy, worldwide.

Card and other payment details are handled directly by our payment processor at checkout. We do not store full card numbers on our own servers — only a payment confirmation and a masked reference (e.g. card brand and last 4 digits) needed for your invoices and support.
Emails you send to support@fly-eos.com, including any attachments, are stored so we can respond and keep a record of the conversation.

The Sentinel device may record audio inside the aircraft cabin in order to derive engine RPM from its acoustic signature. This audio can capture the voices of anyone present in the aircraft, not only the account holder. As the aircraft operator or pilot in command, you are responsible for informing any passengers or occupants that audio may be recorded, and for complying with any consent requirements that apply in your jurisdiction (recording-consent laws vary by country and, in some, by region).
We never sell your data. We use the following processors to run the service; each is bound to use your data only to provide their service to us:

We may also disclose data where required by law, or to protect the rights, property or safety of On a Mission BV, our users, or the public.
Our primary hosting is in the EU (Google Cloud region europe-west1, located in Belgium). Some processors above may process data outside the EU/EEA; where they do, we rely on their Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards under GDPR.
We keep account and flight data for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you wish to reactivate or export it. Invoicing records are kept for the period required by Belgian tax law. You can ask us to delete your data earlier at any time — see your rights below.

Sentinel is a professional aviation product and is not directed at, or intended for use by, individuals under 18.
We use encryption in transit (HTTPS) throughout, hashed passwords, session-based authentication, and access controls that limit flight and account data to its owner and to authorised staff. No system is perfectly secure; if you believe you have found a vulnerability, please report it to support@fly-eos.com.
We may update this policy as the service evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
